Shipping Policy

1. Processing Time

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays. Most orders are processed within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed after 2:00 PM CT will typically begin processing the next business day.

During peak periods (holidays, sales events), processing time may extend to 3–5 business days. We will notify you of any significant delays.

2. Shipping Methods

We offer the following shipping options at checkout:

  • Standard Shipping — UPS Ground or USPS Priority Mail (3–7 business days)
  • Expedited Shipping — UPS 2-Day or USPS Priority Mail Express (2 business days)
  • Overnight Shipping — UPS Next Day Air (1 business day, order must be placed by 12:00 PM CT)

Carrier selection and availability may vary based on your location and order size.

Expedited and overnight rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and package weight. Free shipping applies to standard shipping only.

4. Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times are provided by the carrier and begin once your order ships, not when it is placed. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by:

  • Carrier delays or high shipping volumes
  • Weather events or natural disasters
  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses
  • Customs delays (not applicable — US only)

5. Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your package on the carrier's website. You can also view your tracking information by logging into your account and visiting My Orders.

Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to update after your shipment label is created.

6. International Shipping

At this time, we only ship to addresses within the United States (including Hawaii, Alaska, and US territories). We do not currently offer international shipping. We hope to expand our shipping destinations in the future.

7. Returns & Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@capitalcitywarehouse.net with your order number and photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
